Digital products
XIV Gate Studio sells downloadable digital tools and restricted demos. Paid product access is attached to the buyer account used at checkout and is delivered through private signed download links.
License
Unless a product page states otherwise, paid products are licensed to the purchaser account only. Redistribution, resale, public rehosting, or sharing of paid delivery packages is not permitted.
Payments and delivery
Checkout shows the required payment amount and network before an order is created. Delivery appears in the account library after payment review or verification succeeds. Buyers are responsible for sending the exact amount to the correct payment destination shown by the store.
Product limitations
Product pages and included documentation describe each product's current limitations. Freelance Nudge Kit, for example, is a local workflow manager with user-approved Google automation; it is not a hosted XIV Gate Studio sending service and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, debt-collection, or email-deliverability advice.
Support and refunds
Support covers reproducible defects in shipped files, package issues, and account delivery problems. Refund requests are handled under the store policy and may consider whether the buyer used the free restricted demo before purchase.
Acceptable use
Products must not be used for spam, fraud, credential theft, unlawful activity, or attempts to bypass provider rules. Users are responsible for complying with Google, email, payment-provider, and local laws that apply to their own accounts and workflows.
