What we collect

XIV Gate Studio stores the minimum account and order data needed to operate the store: account email, order records, payment review status, purchased product entitlements, optional product ratings, and support messages you choose to send.

For Google-connected products such as Freelance Nudge Kit, Google account authorization is handled by Google. The product uses the permissions shown in the Google consent screen to create or manage the user's Google Sheet and Apps Script workspace only after user approval.

How data is used

Account and order data is used for purchase recovery, private product delivery, support, fraud prevention, and store operations. Product files are served from private storage through short-lived signed links.

Google user data is used only for the product functionality the user initiates, such as creating the product workspace, uploading automation source, sending approved Gmail follow-ups, or checking registered payment notifications.

What we do not collect

The store does not ask for card data, private keys, recovery phrases, identity documents, or mailbox passwords. Do not send secrets through support messages.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the infrastructure needed to run the store, authentication, private delivery, email support, payment review, and product functionality requested by the user.

Order and entitlement records are retained so buyers can recover purchased products. Support requests are retained as needed to resolve the issue and maintain abuse prevention records.
